Bought a black size S for c-section recovery after delivery. I’ve tried 6 different c-section recovery binders / compression tools thus far and this is 1 of the 3 I like. The leggings are comfortable once on and not at all see-through as I see some reviews mention. They feel supportive but not too restrictive. I can comfortably nap in them. There is some rolling down when sitting sometimes, but that may be due to my short height (5’1”). Size S works well for me in these, and I first put them on late the first week after c-section delivery. For size context, I normally wear a size S in workout / yoga leggings (Alo, Calia, Nike) but tend to buy a M in sweatpants or other non-stretch pants. My one complaint is that they are super tight in the thighs and therefore very difficult to pull on. After each wash, the first 2-3x I need to pull them up in a day, I have to ask my husband for assistance so I don’t injure myself trying! I appreciate these for the support - my dr says nothing but time and genetics helps shrink the stomach after delivery - but figure it doesn’t hurt to hope they help reduce my pp belly situ also!
